AIM: TO LOOK AT CLIMATE CHANGE AND THE GREENHOUSE EFFECT.
The Greenhouse Effect experiment
Materials
- Bottles
- Thermometer
- Baking soda and citric acid
- Heat lamp
- water
- Rubbing bung
Procedurer
- Plug in the heat lamps
- Put the heat lamps facing towards the bottle
- Add the water and baking soda mixture to one of the bottles
- Add just water to the second bottle
- Put the rubber bung and thermometer in the bottle top.
- Start recording the temperature of the bottles every 5 minutes.
